A truly delicate threesome. Discounted for even better value, but still delivering undiluted deliciousness! Engelmann Cuvee, the perfect all year round sparkling accompaniment alongside our truly wicked Rose, both a blend of Pinot and Chardonnay grapes, followed by the addition of precisely the right quantity of red wine, set aside from
our vineyard, to achieve that special enchanting and seductive taste and color that is the signature of our award winning wines. At once, Green Apple, then Summer Fruits is the intriguing mix of character here, with hints of wild strawberry and wild raspberry in the Rose - a delicious delicate summer pudding in a glass!
Our Blanc de Blanc is of particular significance, crafted exclusively from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested from the best aspect of our vineyard, which traps optimum sunshine and offers most protection to the vines. Perhaps more than any other variety, Chardonnay expresses the individual character (terroir) of the vineyard in which it is grown, in our case brightness and fruitiness, with hints of lemon.

In the preparation of our wine, we take great care to emulate 'Methode Traditionnelle', using different clones/rootstocks to mimic the typical French practice of blending grapes from a number of different vineyards to add interest and complexity to the wine.

The grapes are then pressed gently in a traditional Coquard basket press to ensure only the highest quality juice is extracted. The wine remains in vat for twelve months to optimise volume fermentation, before lees aging in the bottle for a further 24 months to create a wine our outstanding brightness and clarity.
